A rare air filled the City of Schenectady on May 20th, 2024. That’s because C.O.C.O.A House hosted its grand opening on this day. Celebrating the 7-year journey of building its teen center. The celebration showcased the new building next to C.O.C.O.A House on 869 Stanley Street.
The grand opening commemorated the long journey of dedication for one William Rivas, and the community of Schenectady.
